Progress 04.06.2026

Hello all!

Well then, yet another progress post! Hooray! How are things?

Rendering? It’s in... okay state. I have to do some double renders for this part and next, basically doing two scenes at the same time so it is a sort of slow but steady. I have about twoish scenes left to render. The trick? They are about half of the script. Ah, well, it will be done.

Writing? It’s going, not okay, but not that bad either. Lot to do, but if I can pull some time to write, it will be alright for the most part. Yeah, with the set building ahead? Well, always can dream, can’t I?

And then... I ended up liking this render. Although now I noticed that for some reason the normal map isn’t working. Read that as "skin details". Slightly annoying, but not the end of the world. But then again, probably shouldn’t notice much of those at this distance, anyway.

And second related to the first one. Not really a spoiler. Trouble ahead? Well, that’s a given, considering the stories I do trouble sooner or later pop up.One of the things that annoy me when working with Daz is lack of practical clothing for females. There is a couple police uniforms, but there is no real "tactical" outfits. Need to kitbash things, and then it is just praying things work together. Anyway, short break for me, then finishing this scene up and hopefully writing.

Progress 03.04.2026

Hello all!

It’s been... interesting week. I’m not anywhere near I want to be, but that is unfortunately to be expected. There has been a lot of set building during this update. Annoying, but nothing out of the ordinary. Also, there are several renders that might seem to have color distortion. This is intentional, the effect used them is intentionally "eating" light. So it isn’t an error.

Writing... It’s in update 0.11.0. Yeah... not happy at all with it, but it is what it is. Too many ideas floating in my head isn’t a good thing when you need to build sets and you want to write. Anyway...

Friendships. Lan and Susan have become friends over the years, so there is occasionally some friendly "banter" between the two. And those of you who are on Miyuki’s and Susan’s path already know the exchange between those two.

 

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it. If not? Have a niceish render about... some random thought that popped into my head. Hmm need to find a better firebreath effect for the dragon for future.

And something I do extremely rarely, mostly because I'm not that great at promoting things. Even my own stuff.
