Public Release: TRS2 Update 40

Tested and played through it a few times, and all the saves worked. But that doesn't mean things didn't slip by.

It has been a long road to get here.
Not much to say here truth to be told.
There are no choices in this update since it is just the aftermath of what has been chosen.
And I'm fairly certain I've forgotten to address some things but c'est la vie.
